I built Flit for myself . . . Plain and Simple.

I wanted a tool that was easy to use, private and secure. And that's exactly what Flit is.

I needed a note taking app and personal knowledge management tool that I would use on a daily basis, built around my preferences and workflow. No complex and convoluted systems, or hacked together solutions; just something that worked.

And because I'm using Flit on a daily basis, I'm constantly improving it and adding features that I actually use. Flit is not a complex system, it's a simple tool that does one thing and does it well.
